It is understood that all IMAGS personnel has no employer-employee relationship with our clients. However, we give our clients an inherent right for the over-all management control of our personnel in relation to their assigned tasks while on duty. A monthly personnel performance evaluation shall be undertaken with the feed backs from our clients to help us identify the strengths and weaknesses of our personnel. This shall be in one way or another guide us to deliver a better service to the satisfaction of our clients. IMAGS has complete equipment and materials that will be used by its personnel for the daily cleaning routine in their area of assignment. Regular technical monitoring and supervision of the performance of assigned personnel in a particular client is at the core of our services. It is indeed great to serve you with our management team responsible in delivering quality service and performance.
